General Info & Important Cruise Information

 

 

Please note that all cruises booked online are SHARED cruises unless a private cruise is requested, arranged, and paid for in advance. Contact 📩us directly for private cruise pricing.

  Life guards and life vests are on board at all times.  While tipping is not required, we greatly appreciate tips to our crew.

 

Suggested items to bring on board:

• Towels

• Bathing suit /coverup attire - will get wet in most cases - 

• Water shoes if booking lunch or breakfast cruise to the island

• Water case for phone or camera 

• Bug spray while on island 

• Apply Sunscreen if easy to burn 

• Feel free to bring whatever you’d like on board. These items have been suggested from previous guests

Availability shown on our website does not reflect real-time availability.

 

Once your booking is submitted, you will receive:

• An automated booking confirmation--PLEASE CHECK SPAM WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH EMAILS GOING TO SPAM

• A final direct confirmation email after our schedule is reviewed also informing of pick up/boarding instructions based on where you're staying

Children of all ages are welcome - however- please check directly for private cruise availability if children are within your group as we generally must book cruises with children as private ​

We can arrange custom cruises for longer duration, private and special occasions.  We have arranged cruises for weddings, engagements, birthdays, bachelor & bachelorette parties, and anniversaries!!  Contact us via email to collaborate!

 

Payments​

• Cash is preferred- we accept JMD AND USD

• Credit card payments are accepted on board via card mobile system (6% processing fee)

• Deposits may be required and will be coordinated via email

• Prepayment links can be sent in advance (6% fee applies)

Hours of Operation

• Cruises operate daily from sunrise (5:00 AM) to sunset, weather and sea conditions permitting

• The final cruise of the day is the sunset cruise, starting between 4:30–5:00 PM

• If weather or sea conditions prevent cruising, we will reschedule or issue a refund

 

Pickup & Transportation

• Pickup and drop-off by boat is available along Seven Mile Beach and Bloody Bay

• In some cases, we may use our van for pickup or drop-off at no additional charge

• Boarding times may vary by 15–30 minutes depending on the day’s schedule due to multiple pick ups along the beach and We stay in contact with guests regarding any timing or logistics changes

• We can pick up from any hotel within Negril for no charge, however if return back is needed there is a per person charge

• We can pick up from outside of Negril, please message for pricing.

 

Food & Drinks

• In most cases, A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cruises that include food

• Meals can be added from our menu as to-go style options for an additional cost

• Drinks and waters are available on board at all times

 

Music & Wi-Fi

• Wi-Fi is available on board

• Bluetooth speaker and sound system on board

• Enjoy our playlist or connect your own device
